• Students can enroll by filling out the application form online or offline by visiting the institute in person. 
• A non-refundable registration fee is applicable at the time of enrollment along with the first installment of the total course fees.
• Course fee payment can be made online via credit/debit card, net banking or offline via cash, checks or demand drafts.
• All course fees need to be paid 30 days prior to the commencement of the batch enrolled in. Late fee payments can result in disruption of access to online student accounts.

•  Students are expected to maintain a minimum of 80% attendance to the classroom and online sessions. Falling attendance percentage can lead to losing access to the student portal.
• All study materials – books, question banks, lecture notes provided by ScholarsForum are properties of the institute and meant solely for enrolled students. Unauthorized sharing or distribution can lead to strict disciplinary action.

• Students need to appear for all internal exams conducted by the institute as per pre-set schedules and meet minimal performance criteria to be eligible for recommendations for IIT-JEE/NEET examinations.  
• Any kind of unfair means or malpractice during internal tests will lead to stringent action including cancelling results or suspension.

• ScholarsForum reserves rights to change or update any of the terms and conditions without prior notice. Updated policies will reflect on the website.
• The courts of Lucknow shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes or claims arising out of admissions at ScholarsForum.

At Scholar’s Forum, our operations uphold transparency and fairness. Our refund policy is designed to ensure equitable processing of all refund requests. Should a student decide to withdraw their admission and seek a refund, they are required to personally visit the branch/center and submit a written application detailing the reason for their request. The date of submission of the refund application at the branch/center will serve as the official reference point for processing.

The Registration & Study Material fee is NOT refundable under any circumstances.

Week 5 : 70% Deductible
Week 6 : 80% Deductible
Week 7 : Non-Refundable

This Refund Rules are ONLY APPLICABLE on Full Fee Payment.

There is NO REFUND for Part Payments or Instalments.
